Our Thesis

The AE's job is to build relationships and close deals. Today, 70% of their week is spent on non-selling activities. We're here to fix that.

The current sales tech stack was built for the SaaS era for management and RevOps, not the sellers doing the work. CRM systems, sales forecasting and revenue intelligence tools, sales enablement and coaching tools, and even the crop of new AI tools, were all designed to create visibility upward — extracting data from reps at the cost of their most valuable resource: time in front of buyers.

We didn't build an AI version of a SaaS tool.

We didn't build a system that only looks backward.

We didn't build a generic, single-purpose AI sales tool.

Ajay has been the first AE at every cybersecurity company he's founded — three before this, and now AnyTeam makes four. He came to sales from engineering and product, and learned the hard way that selling is harder than shipping. AnyTeam is his answer to a problem that's followed him for more than a decade.

Jeff Yoshimura — Chief Growth Officer & Co-Founder

Yosh was an early Salesforce user in 2000 and joined the company in 2003. As the first employee at Zuora, he closed the first 20 customers. As a go-to-market leader at Elastic and Snyk, he was always a sales-first CMO. Yosh has lived every version of the sales grind. AnyTeam is the tool he spent 25 years wanting.

Kevin Kramer — Sales & GTM Advisor

Kevin has been an AE, Regional Director, VP of Global Sales, and COO. He started at Oracle and PeopleSoft before joining Workday, then helped guide Riverbed's sales team from $200M to $1B in revenue. Kevin loves the mix of art and science in sales, and is encoding everything he's learned into AnyTeam's second brain.

Joe Williams — Sales & CRO Advisor
