Ajay and Yosh started AnyTeam after 20+ years building and scaling companies — Ajay as a product and engineering leader turned founder of four successful startups, and Yosh as a go-to-market leader at four of Silicon Valley’s most iconic high-growth B2B companies.

Different paths, same insight: Revenue is the most important function in every organization yet scaling B2B sales is broken whether you are a founder building your first sales team or managing 100s of sales reps.It's costly, it takes months to ramp sales, there is high-churn, and too often reps are left without the support and context they need to be their best: service and build relationships with the customer, close deals, and win.
